Once your package arrives we handle the processing and let you know when it is ready for collection, or arrange delivery where that is available for your item and location.

We search our supplier network locally and overseas, then share the available options and costs. Nothing is ordered until you review the details, confirm your choice and pay.

Once your goods are cleared we can arrange delivery to an available destination. Availability and charges depend on the item, its size and weight, your location and the arrangements in place.
You are welcome to collect instead. Either way, we confirm the arrangement with you before anything moves.
